CAMBRIDGE, Md.- After weeks of discussion, the Maryland Avenue drawbridge in Cambridge will not be scheduled. That's a good news for Gary Smith, a waterman who works out of Cambridge Creek like many others. Smith says the drawbridge blocks the only exit to the creek, and should stay on demand to boaters."Drivers can work around it, but the watermen can't.
