    THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A COASTAL FLOOD WARNING FOR UNTIL 7 PM DORCHESTER, WICOMICO, AND SOMERSET COUNTIES; AND FOR WORCESTER AND ACCOMACK COUNTIES UNTIL 1 PM.  A COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY WILL BE IN EFFECT FOR KENT AND SUSSEX COUNTIES UNTIL 1 AM THURSDAY.
