Wednesday Night: Mostly clear. Low 66. Wind: S 0-3 mph.
Thursday: Mainly sunny and warm. High 88-89 (Beaches 83). Wind: S 5-11 mph.
FORECAST DISCUSSION: High across Delmarva today were more than 14 degrees above normal, but a weak cool front will bring scattered showers and thunderstorms to the area this evening. Tomorrow will not be as hot as today was, with highs reaching the upper 80's, with a northwest breeze. Afternoon temps will remain well above normal through Friday, and there may be some patchy areas of dense fog around sunrise each morning.
A stronger cool front will bring showers and thunderstorms to the area Saturday into Sunday, followed by cooler and less humid conditions by late Sunday into Monday. The exact timing of the front is still a little uncertain, but the clouds will increase and highs will probably fall to the low 80's by Sunday.
