HARRINGTON, Del.- Police have arrested a Harrington woman accused of trying to stab one person with a kitchen knife and threatening another person with it during an argument.

Harrington police say the incident occurred Wednesday at a home on Mispillion Street.  According to police, 27-year-old Julie M. Hill got upset during a domestic dispute and grabbed a knife. Police say Hill tried to stab one victim and told the other victim that she was going to rip that victim's head off.

Hill was taken into custody and charged with possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, aggravated menacing and two counts of terroristic threatening.

She was released on a $20,000 unsecured bond along with a no contact order with the victims pending a preliminary hearing at the Kent County Court of Common Pleas.
