SALISBURY, Md.- Authorities have arrested a Salisbury woman accused of using a broom to push a man off a roof during an argument.
Salisbury police say that at Tuesday, Nov. 3, officers received a call to respond to a home on the 100 block of Cherry Street for the report of a man injured on a roof.
Upon arrival the officers located a man on the roof of the home. According to police, the victim stated that he had been on the roof painting when he got into an argument with 29-year-old Crystal Gayle Klempke. Police say that as a result of the argument, Klempke used a broom to push the victim from the roof onto another roof. The victim was transported to the Peninsula Regional Medical Center for treatment.
Klempke was charged with second-degree assault and reckless endangering and turned over to the custody of Wicomico Central Booking.
