CAMBRIDGE, Md.- Authorities say a 30-year-old Cambridge man wanted on first-degree rape and related charges has turned himself in to police.

Kito Ramon McCoy, of the 400 block of Skinners Court, surrendered to Cambridge police late Tuesday afternoon. His arrested stemmed from an investigation that got underway Monday morning. According to police, McCoy is accused of raping an adult female.
