MARION STATION, Md.- The police identify a body found Tuesday morning in a pond on St. Paul's Church Road in Marion Station.

Somerset County State's Attorney Kristy Hickman say it is 47-year-old Neva Marie Paul who was last seen in late April.  Her car was recently found in Delaware.  Police are ruling her death a homicide, but they are not releasing a cause of death.

The Maryland State Police responded to the scene around 10 a.m. Tuesday, after a group of youths spotted the body in the pond. The police, along with the Somerset County Bureau of Investigation, the Somerset County State's Attorney's Office and the Maryland Natural Resources Police spent most of the afternoon on the scene, looking for any forensic evidence.
