ALEXANDRIA, Va. (AP) - A Prince William County middle school teacher has been charged with producing child pornography after authorities say they discovered he was having a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old girl.

John B. Shulick, 53, of Catlett, a teacher at Bull Run Middle School, was arrested Friday and charged in U.S. District Court in Alexandria.

In court documents, police say they discovered videos on Shulick's computer in which he and the 16-year-old Fairfax girl engaged in sex acts. They also found other images of child pornography on his computer.

Police say Shulick met the girl on the Internet. She admitted to her parents that she was having sex with Shulick after the mother's boyfriend saw the girl getting out of a truck driven by an older man.
