Bodenweiser is facing 14 counts of first degree "unlawful sexual intercourse," as well as 14 counts of second degree "unlawful sexual contact," after a 37 year old man accused him of molestation in the late 80's. The accuser made the initial allegation during Bodenweiser's 2012 run for state senate. In these allegations, he said that he was raped five times. More
