For the better part of 20 years now, drivers to and from Ocean City have passed through Cambridge and seen an empty shopping center.  The long vacant K-Mart property, and several other nearby buildings in the same plaza have been called an eyesore and a disappointment.  But a group is interested in making some big changes to that shopping center.
