Another Plea Deal in ECI Smuggling Scandal

Ron Stewart, 33, of Baltimore pleaded guilty to one count of racketeering conspiracy as part of a plea deal. According to court documents, Stewart was an outside facilitator for two inmates inside Eastern Correctional Institute.
