Delaware State Police are investigating a serious crash that occurred on Beach Highway in Ellendale early Friday morning. Police report that a 21-year-old man was driving extremely fast as he approached a curve in the road. He slid off the highway, hitting a utility pole, and flipping his vehicle several times. The driver was then ejected from the car.
