President Trump signed The Preventing Animal Abuse and Torture Act into law this week, good news for animal lovers across the county. 

The Preventing Animal Abuse and Torture Act (PACT) expands a law that was passed by Congress in 2010. That law banned the creation and distribution of animal torture videos. This law banned videos but did not outlaw the abusive acts.
