CRISFIELD, Md.- The Maryland Natural Resources Police say a boater is dead after being found slumped over his boat in Somerset County Friday afternoon. NRP say a call came in around 2:15 p.m. for a 16-foot boat "running around in circles" in the Little Annemessex Rriver near Janes Island.Police say the victim has been identified as 61-year-old Dennis Hitchcock of Salisbury.
