The forecast to start the workweek has our chances for a few showers in the forecast as a warm front will be pushing across the region. This warm front will unlock the warmest air we have seen in quite a while, pushing temperatures in the 70s for Tuesday and Wednesday and might push us even close to 80 by Wednesday afternoon. The pattern goes back into an active one heading into late week when a front comes across Delmarva Thursday with a chance for some showers and possible a thunderstorm. As the front arrives, it will stall out across Delmarva, keeping the chances for showers in the forecast from Friday and into the weekend. Temperatures stay warm through the weekend, until another cold front finally brings more seasonable air into the forecast for early next week.
