Recipe from Diann of Fla.
6-oz cream cheese
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tbls milk
1 large container cool whip
1 graham cracker crust
Beat cream cheese & sugar until creamy. Add peanut butter & milk. Fold in 1/2 of the cool whip. Put into crust & top with the other half of the cool whip. Chill & serve.
Comments from Diann:
This makes a nice, light pie which can be made lighter by using sugar substitute, light cream cheese, light cool whip and fat-reduced peanut butter.
