REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. (AP)- A Delaware state audit questions more than $100,000 in transactions at Indian River Marina.
Thomas Wagner - the auditor of accounts - released the report Monday. The auditor says the probe began after the marina's manager was fired last year.
Wagner's report identifies problems ranging from preferential treatment for some customers when buying fuel to undocumented purchases. It also points out accounting and tracking problems with the rental of new cottages.
A $15 million renovation at the marina is nearly complete with new docks, dry boat storage and other amenities.
