MIAMI, Fla.- The man who organized one of the nation's best high school basketball tournaments on Delmarva has waived his rights to challenge extradition back to Delaware.  The Delaware State Attorney General's Office says Bobby Jacobs will return to Delaware to face charges.

U.S. Marshals say they arrested the former director of the now defunct "Slam Dunk to the Beach" high school basketball tournament at a home in Florida Tuesday afternoon.

Deputy marshals say they took 51-year-old Robert "Bobby" F. Jacobs into custody without incident.

Jacobs used to live in Milford, Del. and faces outstanding charges in Kent County.  The Delaware Department of Justice says Kent County Superior Court returned a 14-count indictment against Jacobs that includes one count of theft, 12 counts of second-degree forgery and one count of second-degree forgery for crimes allegedly committed between July 2003 and October 2004.

The Delaware Department of Justice and the U.S. Marshals Task Force say they have searched for Jacobs since August 2006.  Investigators conducted a series of interviews over the past three months trying to locate Jacobs.

Jacobs remains in custody at the Miami-Dade County Jail in Florida.
