BERLIN, Md.- A Berlin man is facing theft and related charges after being accused of using stolen credit cards throughout Worcester County.
After a joint investigation with the Ocean Pines Police Department, detectives with the Worcester County Bureau of Investigation says charged 31-year-old Joseph Brian Moseley with two counts of theft less than $500 and eight counts of using the credit card of another.
Moseley is accused of burglarizing several motor vehicles in Ocean Pines, and stealing property from these vehicles which included credit and ATM cards. Police say Moseley then used these credit cards to make several purchases of gasoline at locations in Berlin and West Ocean City, and made unauthorized ATM withdrawals at an ATM in Ocean City.
Moseley is being held at the Worchester County Jail on $10,000 bond.
