Recipe from Pam McGriff
1 cup mayonaisse
1 cup sour cream
1 dry package of taco seasoning
1 can refried beans or bean dip
3 or 4 Roma tomatoes
scallions
sliced black olives
sharp cheddar
Mix mayonaisse, sour cream and taco seasoning well in a bowl till well blended and set aside.
Take can of refried beans or can of bean dip and spread thinly on serving tray (alot of times I will use a round & 1/2 inch deep tray like a pizza pan). Set aside.
Chop tomato and scallions up into very small pieces and set them aside.
Spread the mayonaisee, sour cream and taco mixture evenly over the beans. Next sprinkle some cheese and layerer it w/tomato followed by scallions and place black olives .
