Total Time: 4-6 hours
rump roast
1 pkg fajita seasoning
1 med onion cut into circles
1 bag carrots
6-8 med potatoes, cut
2 cans of cream of mushroom
1. Put roast in large roasting pan, pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Rub fajita seasoning on roast, add cream of mushroom and stir in a little bit of water. Add in carrots, potatos and onions add in water till it covers vegetables.
3. Cover and cook for 4-6 hours. Then enjoy.
Servings: 6-8
