Recipe from Betty Blankenship of Roanoke, Va.

Total time: 35  min

2 cans of whole tomatoes
1 tsp grated onion
1/2 tsp salt
1 clove garlic crushed
2 tbs butter
2 tsp flour
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1.  Combine first four ingredients, simmer for 15 minutes till onions and garlic is soft.

2. Melt butter, blend in flour, Worcestershire sauce. Stir till blended. Cool a bit and put the tomatoes in a blender. Can re-heat.

Servings: Makes 2 cups
Comments: This wonderful on cabbage rolls and stuffed cabbage.
