Oven time: 15-20 min
2 cans quartered artichoke hearts
Mix Italian bread crumbs w/dash salt and pepper
Olive Oil to hold together
1. Cut artichokes into bite size morsels, and roll in bread crumbs. Put on baking pan and toast in 350 degree heat until toasted. Serve up as munchies.
Servings: approximately 36-48 munchies depending on size
