WILMINGTON, Del. (AP)- A man has pleaded guilty in the slaying of a Belvedere man in 2007 over a drug debt.
Twenty-three-year-old Isaiah Cleveland entered the plea last week to criminally negligent homicide. He had been scheduled to start trial this week on a second-degree murder charge.
Prosecutors said Cleveland and 24-year-old Tyrone Anderson picked up 35-year-old Clifford Henson Jr. on Dec. 10, 2007, drove him to a deserted area and killed him.
Anderson was also set to go to trial this week, but it has been postponed.
