6 cups rhurbarb - cut up
1/2 cup sugar
6oz box strawberry Jell-O
box of dry white cake mix
1 cup water
1/3 cup butter (melted)
Place rhubarb on the bottom of a glass cake pan. Sprinkle sugar, strawberry Jell-O, cake mix over rhurbarb. Evenly pour water and butter over top of mixture. Bake at 350 degree for 35 to 40 min.
Mm. Mm. Good!
