1 lb uncooked shrimp any size
1 package Keilbasa - sliced small
1 medium can of diced tomatoes
1 small onion
green & yellow peppers diced
1/2 stick of butter or margarine
1 c rice cooked
Seasoning: pepper, season salt, garlic powder - to taste
Cook in skillet with butter or margarine onion, peppers and Keilbasa until soft. Add seasoning and tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes. Add uncooked shrimp and cook 5 minutes until shrimp is done. Pour over cooked rice.
