Carla C. Kariott graduated from Loyola University Chicago in May 2010 and is excited to start her first career in television news. Prior to working at WBOC, Carla interned at the WGN-TV morning show in Chicago and was a news producer for her college's newscast.
Outside of work, Carla likes to listen to music, play guitar and root for her Chicago Cubs. A cross-country move cannot stop a rabid Cubs fan. Carla has also been a vegetarian for many years despite working as a waitress at a rib restaurant for the better part of a decade.
Carla is excited to explore her new surroundings in Delmarva but misses her home city.
