Dewey Beach is truly a remarkable place, However, the marine environment does offer its dangers. Respect the Ocean and always check in with a lifeguard when entering the facility to inquire about the conditions and potential hazards of the day. Always respect the commands of the Lifeguard, obey ordinances, and follow a trash in trash out policy so that beach is enjoyed by all. Most importantly have a safe and enjoyable summer season.
