Total Time: 20 minutes
3 chicken breast sliced into strips
1 small onion
1 cup white wine
1 can of blueberry pie filling
- Pre-heat skillet (cast iron) and spray with cooking oil (Pam)
- Chop up onion in very small pieces and place them in the oiled hot skillet until soft.
- Add chicken strips and wine, cook until done about 15-20 minutes.
- Reduce heat and simmer
- Add can of blueberry over chicken and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Servings: 4 servings
Comments: Fun for the kids to eat also.
