Total Time: 20 minutes

3 chicken breast sliced into strips
1 small onion
1 cup white wine
1 can of blueberry pie filling

  1. Pre-heat skillet (cast iron) and spray with cooking oil (Pam)
  2. Chop up onion in very small pieces and place them in the oiled hot skillet until soft.
  3. Add chicken strips and wine, cook until done about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer
  5. Add can of blueberry over chicken and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Servings: 4 servings

Comments: Fun for the kids to eat also.
