Recipe from Mama Mia of Tahlequah, Okla.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: Prep: 30-40 minutes

2 cans white Great Northern beans
1 can diced tomatoes, drained
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cubed
1 small onion
1 small can sliced jalapenos, drained
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 tablespoons milk
1 tbsp. olive oil

In a large sauce pan, brown the cubed chicken in the olive oil for about 5 minutes.

Add the onion, while stirring the cubes.

Add the jalapenos, cayenne, tomatoes, and beans.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.

Cook for about 15 minutes then add milk.

Stir constantly.

Chili should be thick and chunky when served.

Servings: about 4
