Total Time: 35 minutes
1 lb. turkey smoked sausage
3/4 cup apple butter
Slice sausage into thin slices.
Place in a small, lightly greased baking dish.
Toss with apple butter.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring about half way through cooking time.
Remove from cooking liquid and serve immediately.
NOTE: You will want to use a good quality apple butter, such as one fresh from the farmer's market or orchard.
