OCEAN CITY,  Md.- Emergency crews have recovered the body of a person who fell overboard from a boat in Ocean City Saturday night.

Maryland Natural Resources Police said that divers using side sonar recovered the man's body shortly before 10 a.m. Sunday near 126th Street.

Police said Robert Stanley Holmes, 53, from Lansdowne, Md., was operating a pontoon boat at around 8 p.m. Saturday near 120th Street bayside when one of his passengers fell overboard. The victim's name is being withheld pending notification of the next of kin. Police said they suspect alcohol to be a contributing factor in this boating accident, which is still under investigation.

This is Maryland's 16th fatal boating accident victim of the year.
