Robyne McCullough

Robyne McCullough is a native Marylander from Baltimore County.  Robyne discovered her passion for journalism in high school.  She interned at WMAR (ABC2 Baltimore) as a member of the Teen Media Project where she reported for and produced monthly newscasts.  Robyne graduated with her degree in broadcast journalism from the Philip Merrill College of Journalism  at the University of Maryland in May 2011. 

While at Maryland, Robyne was a reporter for the campus wire service Capital News Service.  She covered the Maryland Comptroller and Governor's offices and the Maryland General Assembly.  She also worked as a show director, technical director and producer.  Robyne also interned for WTTG-FOX5 and WUSA 9 in Washington, D.C. as well WBFF FOX45 in Baltimore. 

Before joining WBOC in September 2011, Robyne worked as a reporter and fellow for News21 and investigative reporting program funded by the Carnegie Corporation and the Knight Foundation, investigating food safety issues.   Robyne is looking forward to exploring and getting to know Delmarva.
