3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg white, beaten until frothy
1 cup chopped walnuts, pecans, or cashews
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Stir together beaten egg white and brown sugar, fold in chopped nuts of your choice. Drop by teaspoonsful on baking sheets that have been lined with foil.
Turn off oven, put baking sheet in, and let pralines stand overnight (or for at least 8 hours).
