Lighthouse Church of God Pastors Retiring

BERLIN, Md.- On Jan. 15, Bishop Ron and the Rev. Nancy Soulsman will be retiring after 28 years of full-time ministry at Lighthouse Church of God in Berlin.
 
The couple founded the church in 1984 and operated the Eastern Shore Christian Academy for many years. They will be honored at a retirement dinner on Jan. 14 at the Parkway Church of God in Salisbury.  The Soulsman's live in West Ocean City and will assume the position of "pastors emeritus" at Lighthouse COG.
 
The Shepherd's Mantle will be passed to the Reverends Theo and Linda Hobbs.  They both are ordained ministers in the Church of God and have been ministering at Lighthouse COG for many years.
 
Installation of the new pastors will be Sunday, Jan. 15 at the 10:30 a.m. worship service. Administrative Bishop Ron Martin will be officiating.
 
Immediately after the service, a reception for the new pastors will be held in the educational building.
 
All are welcome.
