Hebron Trio Charged in Metal Thefts

HEBRON, Md.- Three Hebron men are facing charges following accusations that they stole thousands of dollars worth of vintage vehicle parts and sold them to a metal recycler.

Aaron S. Beach, 23; Daniel E. Beach, 26; and Justin P. Marvel, 21, are each charged with theft: $10,000-$100,000, theft scheme and conspiracy.

The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office said the arrests stemmed from an investigation that got under way on Jan. 7. According to police, an investigation revealed that over a period of time the suspect stole more than $20,000 vintage vehicle parts from a property in the Hebron area and then traded them in for cash at a Salisbury metal recycler.

As a result of the investigation, police obtained arrest warrants for all three suspects, who were all taken into custody on the aforementioned charges on Tuesday, Jan. 10. Daniel Beach was released on his personal recognizance. However, Aaron Beach and Marvel were ordered held in the Wicomico County Detention Center on bonds of $50,000 and $25,000 respectively.
