Man Found Shot to Death Outside Apartment Complex

SALISBURY, Md.- Police in Wicomico County are investigating their first homicide of the year after a man was found shot to death outside a west Salisbury apartment complex late Thursday night. 

At around 11:45 p.m., deputies with the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office responded to the report of shots fired outside the West Road Apartments on East Road in Salisbury.

When the deputies arrived on the scene, they found the body of 20-year-old Arnold Fagans Jr. of Salisbury lying in the parking lot of the apartment complex.

So far, police have not identified any suspects in the case. 

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact the Wicomico Bureau of Investigation at (410) 548-4898, or Crime Solvers at (410) 548-1776.

Crime Solvers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to an arrest and conviction of the person or persons involved.
