Recipe from Jeanne Smith of Nev.
1 large package of chicken thighs (or whatever you like best)
1 package of onion soup
1 bottle of Thousand Island dressing
1 large bottle of apricot preserves
Place chicken parts in a baking dish and add the soup, dressing, and preserves. Bake at 350 uncovered for about 1 hour. When it starts to brown on top place foil over it for the remainder of the cooking time. This is a wonderful dish when company comes at the last minute and children just adore it.
