Delaware State Police Investigating Scene Of Serious Crash

GEORGETOWN, Del.- The Delaware State Police said that one person died as a result of a crash on SR 9 in Georgetown, Saturday evening.

Police said the accident happened around 7:50 p.m.
 
They said, two vehicles were involved in the crash and two other people were injured.
 
SR 9 between Gravel Hill Road and Prettyman Road, was shut down.
 
Police said, the investigation into this crash, is in its early stages.
