UNDATED- Maryland State Highway Administration crews salted many lower Eastern Shore roads following some overnight snow.
A slushy mix of rain and snow created slick roads in some parts. SHA crews spent all night salting roads ways, ramps, bridges and overpasses. Most locations that saw snow received approximately 1 to 2 inches.
An SHA spokesperson said that while black ice is not a concern- because it is not that cold- motorists are still advised to exercise caution.
