Del. Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure

WILMINGTON, Del.- Delaware State Police have arrested a Wilmington man accused of exposing himself at the Kohl's Department Store on Rocky Run Parkway in Wilmington.

According to police, two female store employees observed 74-year-old Rodney A. Brown sitting in his car in the store parking lot with his genitals exposed when they walked past him shortly after 4 p.m. Monday.

One of the employees reported the incident to police. Troopers responded to the store where they found Brown with his pants down, according to police. Troopers then took Brown into custody without incident.

Brown was charged with two counts of second-degree indecent exposure, lewdness, and disorderly conduct. He was released on $2,000 unsecured bail.
