GEORGETOWN, Del. (AP) - A Delaware brewery is using its beer to help charity.
The Daily Times of Salisbury reports (http://delonline.us/wBtbpv) Georgetown's 16 Mile Brewery is now selling a beer called Responders Ale. A portion of the sales will be donated to the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation.
The brewery is also creating series of new beers that are collaborations with community organizations. The first collaboration, released March 1, is called Oyster Stout. Proceeds will benefit the Delaware Bay Oyster Restoration Project.
