Man Injured in Salisbury Armed Robbery

SALISBURY, Md.- Police are looking for two armed suspects wanted for attacking and robbing a man at his Salisbury home.

Salisbury police said that at around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 18, officers responded to Peninsula Regional Medical Center after being notified that hospital staffers were treating the victim of a reported robbery.

The victim, who was suffering from minor injuries, reported that approximately one hour earlier two gunmen accosted him at his Georgia Avenue home. The suspects stole cellphones and a wallet from the home prior to fleeing.

According to police, one of the suspects was described as a black male, 5-foot-8 and with a stocky build. The other suspect was described as a black male, 6-foot-tall and with a thin build.

Both suspects were wearing dark clothing and masks, and are believed to be between 20 and 25 years of age.
