Lincoln Drug Bust Leads to 3 Arrests

LINCOLN, Del.- Delaware State Police say three people are facing charges following a several month-long investigation into illegal drug sales from their Lincoln house.
 
Police said that on Thursday morning, April 19, the DSP Sussex County Drug Unit, with the assistance of the Sussex County Governor's Task Force and the Special Operations Response Team executed a search warrant at a home on the 10000 block of Green Top Road in Lincoln.
 
Bryan W. Evans, 27; Keishauna A. Banks, 25; and Eddie C. Parker, 65, were all taken into custody at the home. Troopers said that during the execution of the search warrant, detectives located a semi-automatic pistol, 3 grams of crack cocaine, approximately 8.9 grams of marijuana, prescription pills, more than $1,600 in suspected drug proceeds, and drug paraphernalia.
 
Evans was charged with drug dealing (cocaine), possession of a deadly weapon by a person prohibited, tampering with physical evidence, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ordered held in the Sussex Correctional Institution on $12,550 cash bond.
 
Banks was charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on $2,000 unsecured bond.
 
Parker was charged with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.  He was released on $3,000 unsecured bond.
 
Police said that while at the suspects' home, detectives notified the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control about open sewage discharge and other potential environmental violations.
