Rehoboth Beach Police Seek Theft Suspect

REHOBOTH BEACH, Del.– Rehoboth Beach police are attempting to identify a suspect they believe stole a wallet full of cash and credit cards from the 7-Eleven convenience store on Rehoboth Avenue.

The incident reportedly occurred at around 10:40 p.m. Tuesday, June 12, when the victim mistakenly left the wallet on the counter. Authorities said the wallet contained $500 in cash as well as several credit cards.

Police described the suspect as a black male, approximately 20-30 years of age, with a thin build. He was wearing a red sweatshirt, jeans, black hat and black tennis shoes.
