HARRINGTON, Del.— A Harrington woman is facing felony theft and related charges following accusations that she stole more than $2,000 worth of tools.
Harrington police said 31-year-old Elizabeth Batey and another unnamed suspect stole the tools from the victim and sold them to a local pawnbroker.
Delaware Capitol Police took Batey into custody and then notified the Harrington Police Department.
She was charged Thursday with theft over $1,500 and second-degree conspiracy and released on unsecured bond.
