Dover Police Seek Would-be Robbers

DOVER, Del.— Dover police are seeking two men wanted for an attempted robbery that occurred outside the Woodmill Apartments early Thursday morning.

Investigators said the 31-year-old victim was getting out of his vehicle at around 12:30 a.m. on the south side of F Building at 1300 South Farmview Drive when two men punched him in the face and demanded money. According to investigators, the victim refused to give in to the suspects' demands and called police.

Police said the suspects fled in a gray SUV toward Farmview Drive.

One of the suspects was described as a white male between 22 and 27 years of age, between 5-foot-10 and 6-foot-tall and weighing approximately 220 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt.

The other suspect was described as a black male with a thin build, between 22 and 27 years of age, and between 5-foot-10 and 6-foot-tall. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt.
