SEAFORD, Del.- Police are looking for a suspect who fired a round from his gun during the late Monday night holdup of the Uncle Willies convenience store on Stein Highway in Seaford.
Seaford police said that shortly before midnight, an unknown suspect armed with a handgun approached a clerk inside the store and demanded money. Investigators said the suspect fired one round inside the store before grabbing an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing the business. There were no reported injuries.
According to police, the suspect was described as a black male of unknown age, approximately 6-foot-tall, 150-175 pounds, wearing black pants, a white long-sleeve shirt with unknown writing on front and a black cloth over his face. He was also armed with a dark colored handgun.
