Seaford Fire Causes $3,000 in Damage

SEAFORD, Del.— The Delaware State Fire Marshal's Office is investigating a fire that caused an estimated $3,000 in damage to a Seaford home late Wednesday evening.

The Seaford Fire Department, along with the Blades and Bridgeville fire dDepartments, responded shortly before 11 p.m. to a home on the 21000 block of Coverdale Road. Upon arrival, firefighters encountered fire showing.

No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
