BALTIMORE (AP) - Another man has died of heat-related causes in Maryland, bringing the total in recent days to nine.

The Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene reported Friday that a man 65 or older who lived in Baltimore County died of heat-related causes.

A total of 34 people died last year in Maryland of heat-related causes.
